PlayIt DJ offers an interactive platform for music lovers and DJs to connect, vote for songs, and manage events in real time. These Terms outline the rules for using our services, including subscriptions, app usage, and event participation.
Free Access & Trials
PlayIt DJ is free to explore. Some premium features, such as VIP voting, event hosting tools, and analytics, may require a subscription. A 7-day free trial is available for new users of premium plans. If you cancel during this period, you won’t be charged.
Acceptance of Terms
By using PlayIt DJ’s website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
Subscription and Billing
7-Day Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users of our premium tools. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Monthly Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period, after which you won’t be charged again. No refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.
Annual Billing Cycle
Annual plans are paid upfront. Cancellations may be eligible for pro-rated refunds under exceptional cases such as:
- Event platform closure
- Verified technical failure
- Local legislation changes
Refunds will be based on months used, minus a 10% processing fee or one month’s charge, whichever is higher. Supporting documentation may be required.
Use of the Services
PlayIt DJ allows users to:
- Discover and RSVP to DJ events
- Vote and request songs in real time
- Host events as a DJ (premium)
You agree to use these features legally and respectfully. We are not responsible for third-party platforms integrated with the service (e.g., Spotify, Google Maps).
Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with third-party services such as event ticketing or playlist platforms. We’re not liable for their performance or privacy practices. Always review their policies separately.
Pricing & Errors
We are not responsible for pricing errors or feature miscommunication caused by app glitches or user-generated content. Users are advised to verify any offers or features before purchase or event participation.
Transparency Notice
We highly recommend that you clearly disclose to your users that they interact with an AI-powered chatbot, not a human. Although the chatbot is highly trained, it is not infallible, and users should understand this distinction to avoid misunderstandings or miscommunications. You are encouraged to regularly test the chatbot and verify its outputs to ensure accuracy and appropriate behavior on your website.
Transparency Notice
You agree that any music voting and DJ communication happens via automated tools, not human moderators. While we aim for accuracy, results (e.g., song queues) may vary based on algorithmic voting patterns.
Beta Features
Some features (like geo-filters or DJ-led, location-based event filters) may be in beta. These are provided “as is” and may change without notice.
